Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to RealHelmets and to every order placed with OnField Productions, Inc. (“OnField,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must be able to enter a binding contract. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

Products and descriptions

We sell collectible football helmets and accessories. We describe each item as accurately as we can, including shell platform, size tier and finish.

Colour on a screen is not colour in a room. Finishes, decals and hardware vary between production runs, and photographs of one helmet are not a guarantee of another. Small variations are normal on licensed collectibles and are not defects.

Display, not play

Every helmet we sell is a collectible built to be displayed. None of it is sold for use in a game, a practice, a drill or any other athletic activity, and none of it is sold as protective equipment.

Some Authentic shells carry manufacturer markings, including NOCSAE marks. Those markings describe the shell as it left the manufacturer. They are not a certification from us, and they do not mean the helmet is fitted, current or safe to wear.

We do not fit, recondition or recertify helmets, and we do not offer advice on doing so. Anyone who wears one of these helmets does it against our stated purpose and at their own risk.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Shipping is charged as set out in the Shipping Policy.

We try to keep every price and description correct. If an item is listed at the wrong price or with a clear error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive a confirmation email.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email means we received it, not that we accepted it. The contract forms when we ship.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including for stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, reseller activity, or a destination we cannot ship to at the rate charged. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

Payment

Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you enter. We do not store full card numbers.

Returns

Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by the Refund Policy.

Made to order work

Facemask changes, visor installs, clip colour requests and name or number work are built to your specification and are final sale. Check the spelling, the number and the colour before you submit the order. We build what the order says.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, layout and code on this site belong to OnField or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell any of it without written permission. Product photography may not be used in a listing on another marketplace.

Trademarks

Team names, league names, logos and uniform designs belong to their respective owners. Riddell is a trademark of its owner; OnField is an independent retailer. Use of those names here identifies the product and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to this site, and do not use it to place fraudulent orders.

Disclaimer

This site and everything on it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OnField is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or the cost of substitute goods. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to cover the losses we incur from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or the products, including any use of a collectible helmet as protective equipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in South Carolina, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version in force is the one posted here on the day you place your order, so the date at the top of this page matters.
