About this helmet
This LSU Tigers Riddell Replica Speed football helmet is the Purple look on a full-size collectible Speed shell.
The photographed helmet is a purple-to-gold fade shell with white LSU letters and the tiger-head side decal. The factory facemask is the iridescent chrome cage that ships with this look. There is no visor. You are buying a Replica, not an Authentic Speed helmet and not SpeedFlex. Replica is Speed only. The shell is the medium Riddell Speed used for licensed display replicas. Inside is a collectible liner with molded jaw pads, a 4-point chinstrap, and a Speed facemask. The helmet is full-size for a stand or a shelf. It is not sized or certified as protective equipment, and it is not game-ready.
The named look on this listing is Purple. Riddell applies the licensed LSU Tigers graphics that belong to that look. If you collect the matching Authentic Speed or Authentic SpeedFlex of the same named look, this listing is the Replica counterpart. It is officially licensed NCAA merchandise.
Onfield has sold Riddell helmets since 1999. This listing is LSU Tigers, Replica tier, Speed shell, Purple. LSU Tigers compete in the SEC. Use it in a Tigers collection, on a home or office shelf, or beside the Authentic Speed helmet of the same named look.
Please Note: This helmet is sold for display purposes only and is not intended or certified for competitive play.
